Lastly, a little gotcha is that, even though it's a 58mm portafilter, it is not an E61 portafilter. I don't think water is dripping over the edge of tray though. It doesn't have an OPV, but water might be draining off somewhere after shots as well. I think it leaks in from the back of the tray when the machine purges some water after steaming. There's always water under the drip tray. Next, the included tamper is very nice and weighty and yet, does not fit the basket nearly tight enough. So being forced to grind by time can be frustrating when dialing in new beans. Grinding a specific weight of beans does not come out to a universal amount of time. Double dose has the same grind times, but 1.5-3oz of volume. For single dose, you can pick 9.5-16s for grinding and 0.75-1.5oz for volume. The app has weird limits on time and volume. Also, if you change the grind coarseness, you have have to purge for 9.5 seconds minimum because that's the lowest grind time the app allows you to pick. Since there's no manual option, dialing in grinds by weight is essentially impossible. There is no way to change the brew recipes without wifi and the app. So, if you're at college and don't want your machine on a shared wifi network, that won't be good for you. The grind time and water volume can only be set with the app. Grinding is set on a timer and pulling shots are set by volume, which is super dumb because volume should be a function of how much time it takes the pump to get water through the puck. The number one thing being: there are absolutely no manual options. My SO has a Bellisimo and I have to say, there's some frustrating things about it.
